A graduate in architecture from Abhinav Kala Vidyalaya, Pune, he brings over four decades of comprehensive experience in the architecture and construction industry.
Ar. Harshad Ruparel has been on the panel of numerous reputed financial institutions, lending his expertise to a wide range of valuation cases. His vast architectural background includes designing and supervising the development of diverse urban structures, including residential, commercial, industrial, and hospitality buildings.
As a visionary and an inspiring team leader, he has successfully guided projects from the pre-concept stage through to completion.

Siddharth at his core is a civil engineer and a distinguished professional in Construction Project Management. He is also an approved Valuer for immovable properties.
He is a Master of Construction & Project Management from the University of Ulster, UK. Siddharth also holds a diploma in general business management, from the University of Surrey, UK, and a Bachelors of Environmental Studies from York University, Toronto, Canada.
His hands-on experience in the planning, designing, and execution of a wide array of construction projects—including residential, commercial, industrial, and hospitality sectors—has given him a comprehensive understanding of property development, building laws, and rate analysis.
This, combined with his role as an immovable property valuer, makes him a versatile professional with a unique and holistic perspective on the real estate and construction landscape.
